(1) The home page's opening boot overlay (CSS, markup and script) is removed, so content paints immediately. (2) One sentence is added near the book description on /book/ and /about/: autonomy is pushed in the lab to find what breaks, and in regulated work the autonomy dial is set by risk, with a person signing off on anything that touches a customer, money, or the law. (3) The 2026-06-12 ledger day on the home page is labeled as an archived day instead of "today". The UNCHAIN switch and all other home-page copy are unchanged. Verified live on hool.dev at 2026-10-09T03:46Z by cache-busted curl (three requests per page): no boot overlay on /, "archived day" present on /, and the bridge sentence present on /book/ and /about/.
