Core surfaces (the FLOOR, /work/, /about/, /book/ hub, /gallery/, colophon, etc.):

Cloudflare Pages hosts and protects the site. Cloudflare keeps standard edge/access logs (for example IP address, user agent, and timestamp) for delivery, security, and debugging.
Production currently injects a Cloudflare Web Analytics / Real User Measurement beacon, but the site's Content Security Policy blocks that third-party request. Browser measurement may be enabled later, and this notice will remain the disclosure surface.
Most current editorial pages self-host their fonts and assets. Preserved gallery, attractor, and archived surfaces may load Google Fonts.
Material browser-side services and measurement are listed in the colophon. If that implementation changes, this notice changes with it.

Book surface (book.hool.dev and hool-book.pages.dev fallback):

The subscribe form sends name + email to a Cloudflare Worker.
Stored temporarily in Cloudflare KV solely for delivery.
Forwarded to Resend to send the free sample (full Intro + Ch. 1) and any future updates you opt into.
That is the only personal data collected for the book.
Unsubscribe by replying to any email from the list.

Purchases (Polar storefront):

Handled entirely by Polar.sh. Their privacy policy and terms govern the transaction and any delivery of the EPUB/HTML.

Other

External links (Substack, LinkedIn, GitHub, PyPI, etc.) are subject to those services' policies.
No data is sold or used for advertising.
Cloudflare/Pages logs and aggregate measurement are not joined here to book-subscriber or purchase data for profiling.
